Vasilis is a Chef with many years of experience in fine dining restaurants and he is the cultivator of the Cretan gastronomy experiences vegetable garden. Eva is a celebrity Chef on National TV and a cookbook published writer, with many years of experience in traditional Greek and Cretan cuisine. Marios is the F&B manager and cultivator of GCE’s farm, cultivating the 90% of vegetables and fruits that they serve. He is also a food enthusiast and wine lover.
Eva, Vasilis and Marios are very passionate about their job and they will be more than happy to cook for you and prepare a special menu for the kids, as well as arrange cooking lessons here, at Estella Villa.
They live near Estella Villa and they love guiding our guests to the secrets of Cretan cuisine!

Androniki and Pantelis are two amazing and so gentle people, who organize traditional Cretan cooking lessons in their heartwarming home. They love hosting people from all over the world, share experiences and taste the real Greek homemade food with their guests.
The lessons take place in the flowered courtyard of their home and the food is baked in the old-fashioned wood oven.
Their home, where the lessons/cooking take place is also near Estella Villa called Loutra!
Aspasia will offer a unique olive tasting experience in Loutra village, which is not far from Estella Villa.She is an expert as regards olive oil and she will be thrilled to answer any possible questions you may have, regarding the oil! Give it a try, it is totally worth it! I would suggest you contact her and find out more information about this unique experience!
